Follow-ups that read like you wrote them
OPi asks, waits, and asks again at a polite pace. It records promises and checks back when one is missed. When someone goes quiet it tells you once a day, plainly, and never closes a loop on its own.
An assistant that lives on WhatsApp. Tell it what you need from your team, by text or voice note. It asks the right person, follows up until there's a real answer, and tells you only what needs you.
Built for owners of 10 to 100 person agencies, studios and consultancies who run the company on WhatsApp.

OPiyour assistant
The most follow-ups any one person gets from OPi, and only in working hours.
Your brief on WhatsApp every weekday: who owes what, what needs you, today's meetings.
Phone numbers OPi will guess. It only messages people on your team list.
What the AI costs per owner each month, measured on every request.
The problem
In a service business every deliverable lives in a WhatsApp thread, and nothing moves until the founder asks twice. You end the day remembering who owes what, and the work you were meant to do waits until night.
Sent by you, again and again, every day
How it works
Type or send a voice note, the way you'd brief a trusted assistant. Names, days and times are understood as you say them, and nothing goes out before the time you set.
It messages the person, waits, and nudges politely, never more than once an hour. It reads replies in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and holds people to the time they promised.
When it's done, when it's stuck, or when someone stops replying. If a reply is unclear, OPi pauses that follow-up and asks you instead of guessing.
At 9 AM on weekdays: what needs your decision, who owes you what, what you owe others, and today's meetings. Then OPi gets on with the chasing.
No new app
OPi messages people where they already answer you. Nobody installs anything, learns anything or logs in.
What it does
OPi asks, waits, and asks again at a polite pace. It records promises and checks back when one is missed. When someone goes quiet it tells you once a day, plainly, and never closes a loop on its own.
“kal tak bhej dunga” is read as a promise for tomorrow. Replies are understood the way people actually write them.
OPi finds a free slot on your Google Calendar, books a Google Meet in any time zone, and invites teammates by email and WhatsApp. It never picks a time for you.
Forward a PDF, a Word or PowerPoint file, a photo or a link and ask about it. Voice notes are transcribed and acted on.
You draft each person's list, approve it, and OPi sends it. People reply in plain words, OPi checks in at 2 PM, and you get a summary at the end of the day. A blocked task reaches you straight away.
The dashboard
Today opens with a written brief: what needs you, what you owe, and what OPi is handling. Unclear replies sit here, with the person's own words.
Shown in your theme, light or dark.Safety by design
OPi talks to real people on your behalf, so its rules are strict and written into the system, not left to the AI.
OPi never invents a phone number. Names are matched exactly, so “Neha” can never become “Nehal”. If it can't be sure who you mean, it asks.
A follow-up counts only when WhatsApp confirms it was sent. Delivery and read receipts are kept for every message.
At most one follow-up per person an hour, inside working hours, with hard limits that stop runaway sending to anyone.
If a reply could fit two tasks, or doesn't clearly answer the question, OPi pauses that loop and asks you.
OPi runs on Meta's official platform with its own business number, not an unofficial workaround that can get a number banned.

Why OPi exists
I run a digital marketing agency in Mumbai, and I was spending my best hours asking people for updates. I built OPi for my own team first. It has run our follow-ups every day since, and now we're opening it to a few owners who work the same way.Harsh Shah, founder, Inflex Media
Questions
No. Your team gets ordinary WhatsApp messages from OPi's business number and replies the way they already do.
Yes. Voice notes are transcribed and handled exactly like typed messages, in English, Hindi or a mix of both.
I message each person at most once an hour, only in working hours, and stop as soon as there's a real answer. My follow-ups are usually shorter and more polite than the ones owners send themselves.
I don't guess. I pause that follow-up and ask you what to do, quoting their reply word for word.
Not yet. Today I only message people on your team list. Messaging outside your team will come with a verified contacts list, so a wrong number can never receive your business details.
Not yet. OPi is in early access, and every pilot is set up with you: the WhatsApp number, your team list, working hours and how persistent I should be.
